Hi Everyone!
My husband, 16 month old son, and I are thinking about moving to Brooklyn because my husband got offered a job there. We are looking to find a safe area to raise our son, and possibly another child in the near future. What area would you recommend living at?
We have done research on some areas like Park Slope, but Park Slope is out of our price range. We are hoping to spend about $1500 for a two bedroom. What are you thoughts about Sunset, Bay Ridge, Prospect Park,… or any other area you think will may be suitable for us?

My friend and I are looking to move to a place in Brooklyn and would like to know which places are considered a “bad area”, and which are good. She previously lived in Bay Ridge, which we know is a good area, but not many places are available there. So can somebody break it down and let me know what locations are good/bad? Thanks!
