No, there really is no easy way to do that.
, , and will suggest a few ways to consider. But you are asking about probably THE longest possible commute between these two neighborhoods. In addition, Little Neck’s mass transit service is mediocre at best.

If you can get to Little Neck Parkway and Horace Harding Expressway, you can get the QM1A express bus to start. From there, you should be able to connect with one of the Brooklyn express buses in midtown Manhattan.

Another option is to involve the Long Island Rail Road. Little Neck is on the Port Washington Branch. You can take that into Penn Station in a 30-minute ride, then get a Brooklyn-bound 2/3 train. Transfer to a Bay Ridge-bound R at Borough Hall or Atlantic Ave-Pacific St.

Depends on which part. I’d say to either take the A if you’re going en route to JFK. Or, if ur going to Jamaica, take the F, good luck.

Also, the G goes to Qnz too. Actually the G only runs in Brooklyn and Queens.
