Aw man, love how you staten island people talk/type. Its amusing. Anyway, the easiest place way to get there would be to drive. Take a cab. There are no trains near Pier 6.
There are no direct way, but easiest way will be:
At near 86th St R station, catch any S53, S79 or S89 bus.
Take S53 bus to Grasmere Station, transfer to St. George-bound train to Tompkins.
You may also transfer at Lily Pond Av area for S51 bus to St. George.
You may also take S79 bus to Hylan Blvd for S78 to St. George.
S78 bus operates near street next to Bay St, while S51 use Bay St.
