Is Today a Bad Day Going to Coney Island?

There is something cool and a little decadent to Coney in a drizzle. Wear raincoats – walk on the beach – check out some rides and the Aquarium. Take pictures. If you all get bored get on the train and go to a movie.
It looks like most of the rain is over, so it should be fine.
